Elevate Your Game with MACRO GOLF Coaching

COACHING THAT MAKES YOUR GOLF MAKE SENSE.

THE PROBLEM

You've played the golf you know you're capable of. Nine holes around where everything feels easy, scoring surpassing your normality. A stretch of iron shots that felt automatic. A putting round where the hole looked twice its size. Those moments weren't luck. They were confirmation.

The frustration isn't that you can't play well. It's that you can't explain why it disappears. A feel that worked for a week, then didn't. A good driving day followed by a round where you can't find the clubface. One part of your game improving while another quietly falls apart.

Most golfers call this inconsistency. Underneath that word is usually a simpler question: why does this keep changing, and what do I do about it?

WHy IT HAPPENS…

Every golfer has a Blueprint — the unique combination of physical capability, technical tendencies, perception and intention that determines which movements are naturally available to you, and which are most likely to hold up under pressure.

Your body can only solve the problems your mind gives it. When the information you're working with doesn't suit your Blueprint, movement gets harder to access — not because you lack ability, but because you're fighting instructions that were never built for you.

Possessing a movement and being able to access it under pressure are two different things. Most coaching stops at the first. We start there.

How We're Different

Most coaching starts with the swing. We start with the golfer. We don't fit you to a model. We investigate which movement solutions already suit your Blueprint, and build from there.

Most coaching treats the outcome as the diagnosis. We treat it as evidence. A bad shot tells you what happened. It doesn't tell you why. Two golfers can hit the same shot for completely different reasons.

Most coaching separates technique, fitness and psychology. We don't. They're not different services. They're different expressions of the same system — and treating them separately is usually what leaves you to connect the dots alone.

I'm Jack Seaman, Based out of Cottrell Resort in Cardiff — PGA-qualified, TPI user, and Head of Golf at Macro Golf Performance Coaching. I don't believe in one perfect swing, and I don't believe most golfers are short on information. Most are drowning in it, without a system that connects it.

My job isn't to hand you another tip. It's to work out which variable is actually holding your golf back, and build a plan around the golfer you already are.

about Jack

playing record

The love of coaching stems from playing, I have 3 professional wins, which I feel helped me gain experience that I took into coaching. This formed my love for coaching Elite players.

The complexity of the improvement is something I sought for myself but now that obsession has moved into transforming other players games.
